Vintage Birthday Card

I LOVE the look of vintage & adore the button cards I'm seeing!!

Since I'm on a tight budget, I tried to find some printable ones. I looked & either couldn't find designs that would work for me or I wasn't able to change the color to match my project.

So I decided to make my own to print & be able to change the color & wa la! Here is what I came up with! :)

I cut out scallop circles for my faux flower buttons with my Cricut & SCAL2 using a pattern from

 Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

I made & cut out the floss card & made some quick homemade bakers twine to add to it.

I crocheted the white flower (HAD to have that! lol!)

And all of this started from WHITE cardstock - yep! I took out my SU ink pads & some SU stamps (one is a Martha Stewart stamp) & started playing!

Stay tuned for more button card projects - I am TOTALLY hooked now! :)
